There lots of ways to relieve stress. For me, I would prefer eating or going out to watch movies to relieve my stress. Not only that, I would talk to my best friend and my mum about my source of stress and get some felling of comfort from them. Nowadays, I reduce my stress by jogging as it makes me feel happy and more peaceful mind. It is also fun to just sit and day dream while relaxing. Any type of activity can help one to reduce stress as long as the activity is a healthy activity. Please do not get involved in smoking, alcohol or drugs to overcome stress.
