No discrimation to FEMALE

hmmm...you guys are absolutely right!!!! everyone plays a role in promoting women's health,but i would like to focus on the society on the whole...
first of all,discrimination against women should be abolished!!!
no matter what happens to a girl,for instance,rape,the girl gets the blame and the culprit escapes!!!
society should change their mindset and should stop putting the blame on the girls and women!!!!
