Public canning is such an interesting topic to discuss about. I still remember my big brother got public canning when he was in secondary school for going to school late. He never felt ashamed about it and in fact public canning never changed his attitude of going late to school. Therefore, I strongly disagree of using public canning as a way to discipline a student.
