the parents are to be blamed for sure.teenagers who do not get the attention,love and support from parents are more likely to end up getting pregnant during their teenagehood.
the teenager herself is also to be blamed....she should know what is the consequences of her actions in these phase of her life.these teenagers should think wisely and choose the right thing for their life and future.
